1801-1849 Rittenhouse Square Philadelphia, PennsylvaniaThe rats are particularly large and numerous even in the early evening hours in and around the square. They are very bold and even with numerous people and dogs around they are sauntering and cavorting right around people's feet!! There are always rats in the park at night but it is noticeably bad lately - also there are huge rat burrows dug all over around the edges of the park, sometimes a huge pile of dirt on the sidewalk next to a new burrow in the morning.

Thanks! Thanked!Rittenhouse Square Park Philadelphia, PA 19103, USA
There are two dead, deteriorating rats in two separate trash cans. If entering the park from 19th Street, the trash cans are the first two on your right (north-west quadrant of the square).
The rats are outside of the trash bins, but inside the metal slats and stuck at the bottom of the cans and have been there for over 1 month.· Reported by Anonymous · Flag Flagged
