146 Chapel Drive Savannah, Georgia
My issue is with the large piles of river rack that are being dumped behind my house. I realize there is a lot of debris after the storm but in just 4 days time the river rack (marsh reeds) have brought rats, spiders, snakes, hermit crabs, and an obscene amount of mosquitos into my yard. Not to mention the foul smell. I am attaching a picture, please note the fence shown is 6' tall. There are currently at least 17 piles. I work for a landscaping company and am currently dealing with marsh rack removal from many homes on Wilmington and Dutch Island. I did the same thing last year after hurricane Matthew. Point being I am familiar with this stuff and know the problems that come along with it. This needs to be addressed immediately. I live at 146 Chapel Drive, my back yard butts up to Whitfield Ave just past the Sanctuary. The piles are lined up along my rear fence. Please contact me at 912-656-3702 to discuss this further.

E Perry Ln Savannah, GA 31401, USAThere are large rats in Colonial Cemetery. They spend a lot of time in the bushes on either side of the main entrance on Abercorn & Oglethorpe during the day...at night they are all over the place. Food dropped by tour groups and people at the bus stops keep them well fed. Lots of residents walk dogs there , so please do not put down poison that might harm pets or squirrles, but something needs to be done. It has gotten really disgusting. Soon thye will be invading surrounding homes.· Reported by Loretto Lominack · Flag Flagged
