I opened this ticket almost a month and a half ago to have the burnt out bulb replaced in the lamp at the southeast corner of Julian Abele park and there has seemingly been ZERO response.
I understand that there other issues in the neighborhood that also need to be addressed, but to have something so simple that presents such an obvious safety issue go unacknowledged for so long (noting that the bulb was burnt out long before I opened a ticket) is absolutely ridiculous and completely negligent.
The bulb being burnt out truely makes that corner of the park a target for loitering and unsafe night-time activities. It needs to be fixed so everyone in the neighborhood can feel safe.
The city street light located in the easement behind my property, and behind the 1500 block of Bainbridge is out. Access can be gained by entering easement from south side of bainbridge, just east of 16th

Another street light on the garden block of Madison Square has burnt out. Now two out of four lights are burnt out on the block leaving the block very dark at night.
I biked down South St at around 9:30PM last night and all the lights on the 1700 block were off. I dunno if this is a PECO issue or otherwise, but I thought it was pretty weird.
Ticket #1729971. Ticket forwarded to Streets Department for follow-up. Initial complaints are investigated by a City contractor and repaired (if possible) or referred to either City crews or PECO. Depending upon the nature of the repair/outage, repairs are typically resolved within 10 business days.
