1370 Pinetown Rd Fort Washington PaTree line blocks hidden driveway 50 yards from busy intersection of Pinetown & Susquehanna road. Zero visibility of oncoming traffic traveling from Susquehanna Road. Highly likely an accident will occur if trees are not removed.
915 Franklin Lane Maple Glen, PennsylvaniaHello! We woke up this morning to a fallen large decayed tree limb behind our home in Franklin Park. The tree limb and what is left of the unsightly tree should be removed for safety reasons. Also - we have been collecting fallen branches which have fallen on our property line over the year from these park treesand are in a pile behind Lou's batting cage. Please remove this pile also. Thank you ! Sandy & Lou

A new street light bulb was just turned up at the intersection of Susquehanna Rd and Willow Ave and it is brighter than needed. I am interested in discussing any options for dimming or modifying the lamp so that it meets safety requirements for the intersection but with the least amount of light pollution.
One of the nicest qualities of this part of Upper Dublin is its rural character with mature trees, lots of wildlife and birds, and low light pollution. The new streetlight is so bright that I feel as though it is in conflict with that character. I am very concerned about how much worse the condition will be once the leaves fall off the trees.
I would greatly appreciate your cooperation in dimming the light to a reasonable level or modifying the lamp so that light shines on the roadways and not our yards and also inside our houses.
3200-3238 Elroy Rd Hatfield, PA 19440, USAThe trees on Derstine road at the intersection with Elroy make it very difficult to see traffic when trying to turn out of Elroy. Also traffic on Derstine speeds through so fast its surprising there haven't been accidents here.

RE: Hazardous Trees/Limbs
A "set of incidents" occurred within 3 weeks apart of falling a tree/limb that line the roadside of Beechwood Avenue, North Hills.
On the evening of Monday, July 24, 2017, a large tree fell across Beechwood Avenue into my yard damaging my property. Upper Dublin Township promptly removed the tree on Tuesday morning, placing the “green waste” along the roadside. The previous incident was a large tree limb that fell across the intersection of Beechwood & Logan Avenue. Again, Upper Dublin Township handled the removal. There are obvious defects (Red Flags) in some remaining trees along the roadway of Beechwood Avenue.
• Visible rotted, decayed limbs, trunks or roots
• Part of a tree is leaning dangerously to one side
• Peeling bark, crack and dry limbs that indicate that it’s dead
• Line-of-sight obstructed by overgrown vegetation
• Low hanging branches
The trees create a hazard and are a public nuisance for myself and the surrounding residents. Additionally, there’s a very high potential for additional failures. The trees are a danger to life and my property structure is a potential target. Please help.
I am emailing Mike Creedon at LuLu Country to advise him of this issue. A certified letter will follow.
Thank you in advance.
