RUMBLE STRIPS NEEDED ON WESTOWN WAY BTW WESTOWN ROAD AND ROUTE 3. 3 X IN PAST 3 WEEKS I HAVE HADE ONCOMING TRAFFIC CROSS OVER THE YELLOW LINES AND THERE IS NO SHOULDER AND PEOPLE SPEED AND ONE TIME IT WAS ON THE BRIDGE/ VERY SCARY!

I would like to see a police car sit by the island one day and see all the people running the stop sign. Also the people speeding to get to Saxer Ave.

Speed limit is 35, drivers speed up and down street at 60 plus, have been 3 accidents in the last 4 months, several incidents in the last 2 mos of people driving around school buses with red lights on because they cannot stop in time. Cops refuse to patrol area and write tickets. Speed bumps need to be installed.

There needs to be better timing of the multiple traffic lights. In the morning when thousands of kids are trying to get to school and adults trying to get to work, it creates serious traffic. It does no good for anyone when one light turns green while the light ahead of them is still red. When this happens, people just block the intersections and cause safety issues, making the traffic even worse!

A turning lane needs to be added for 2 reasons. 1) if a driver needs to turn around they can. Right now they have to wait until they get up to 420 and 13. Most turn around in my driveway or my neighbors. 2) With a left lane to turn around a driver can either enter the Historial Site/Park or enter and park at the John Hines Wildlife Park.
This would keep cars from coming into the residential area. Safety and convenience.
