    This road is a joke and has been for years! Any attempt at patching is horrible and gets torn up not long after. The road needs to be repaved, not patched! The bottom of Hemlock Rd. is in desperate need of repair as well.

    This section of the road, between the south entrance of Rimmon Hill Rd. and Peck Hill Rd. has been in need of repair for years. A section on the southbound side of CT-313 had been patched recently and extremely poorly. The asphalt is very thick and makes driving over that area worse than before. I can only imagine plows will be tearing up the patch this winter. This should be remedied asap.
