There are some traffic / construction Orange barrels on the I-540 East bound (EB), 0.4 Mile Marker (MM) (between _I-40 /Aviation) on the left side breakdown that apparently are serving no purpose as if they were left behind after some median work. and I feel they are posing an unnecessary hazard to commuters

The trees on the right side of road when traveling from Cardinal Grove Blvd to Marthonna via Arbor Lodge is overgrown to the point that vehicles may not stay in their lane ,which may lead to a head-on collision or close-call at the blind curve at Arbor Lodge and and Marthonna

South lane of travel speed limit sign knocked down / dislodged from original location (Between Stowecroft and Cardinal Grove neighborhoods. Sign is currently laying on west side of Cardinal Grove Blvd.

When making a LEFT turn onto Capital Blvd from Old Buffaloe Rd ,heading towards I-440. You have two LEFT turn Lanes. The road lines are painted, such that the FAR LEFT lane must stay in that lane when they executes it turn onto CApital Blvd. and it new lane of travel is the FAR LEFT lane. The 2nd Left turn lane (2nd from LEFT on Old Buffaloe Rd. execute their LEFT turn into the 2nd lane to the LEFT on Capital Blvd. with the ability to take the 3rd/4th lanes. The PROBLEM is the Far LEFT turn lane drivers do not always stay in their most LEFT side lane but drift into the 2nd lane because they expect the 2nd left lane drivers to take the 3rd/4th lanes on Capital Blvd leading to a fender bender or more severe accident. Recommend re-marking lanes "STAY IN LANE" or repaint dashed white lane lines such that the far LEFT lane gets the farthest /2nd Farthest lane on the LEFT on Capital Blvd. The 2nd LEFT turn lane on Old Buffaloe Rd. gets the 3rd and 4th lanes on Capital Blvd.

Thank you for the new improved layout at Kyle Drive and Hwy 401 (Spring Forest Rd). Appreciate the better flow of traffic.

ISSUE: When workers removed (ground away) old lane markings, that created a very bad surface to the point that now there are pot holes. Now the are needs to be resurfaced. Would "Blacking Out" the old lines make better sense?

OBSERVATION: To prevent further damage / knock down of this same light pole which is expensive recommend adding a warning sign on the light pole itself or new post placed in between light pole and the exit curve coming off of Capital Blvd showing that it is a curver ahead and not an intersection.

Mallard Grove / Cardinal Grove Street sign knocked down

Shrubs on curve are overgrown. since there is no sidewalk for pedestrians, it is making it very dangerous for them as they have to step out into the roadway to get around the overgrown shrubs. Also causes cars to ride towards center of the road and possibly other lane of incoming traffic. As a minimum, there needs to be a clear pathway (SIDEWALK) from the end of Cardinal Grove sub-division to Hwy 401. Sidewalk on all of Kyle would be great!

Shrubs are overgrown and blocking view of speed limit sign(s). Common sight throughout Raleigh.

Flashing Yellow intersection light post knocked down or possibly ran over.

Graffitti painted on NEW GREENWAY tunnel at Glen Eden / I-440

Console TV (heavy old style) dumped on side of Kyle Drive. Been there for 2 days.

Deer Carcas west bound lane shoulder between MM 6.8 and 6.6. (as of 24 May). Too close to actual travel lane

Sofa abandoned on East side of Kyle just North of Cardinal Grove Blvd. Bulk removal needed.

Other than Ansleigh/Cardinal Grove sidewalks. There are now sidewalks on Kyle between Valley Stream and Hwy 401. in N. Raleigh. People traveling from these or surrounding houses whether bicycle walk along the edge of road. Sometimes unseen because of approaching headlights.

Residents walking / exercising along Kyle Drive between Cardinal Grove Sub and Ansleigh have low lighting conditions during dusk, night and dawn hours. Very unsafe more so during winter hours.
