    Stop sign needed for drivers exiting City Market’s parking lot. Drivers go past the sidewalk area which makes for dangerous conditions for cyclists who use the sidewalk to approach city market when coming up from Oakledge. The narrow bumpy stretch of road directly in front of - north of- City Market on Flynn is very narrow and the part near the sidewalk is very bumpy which makes the sidewalk safer, but crossing to the sidewalk can be dicey as drivers leaving City Market don’t have a stop sign so don’t think to really look until they are past the sidewalk.

    Potholes that make biking downhill dangerous. There are three long and deepish potholes right where you would want to be to ride safely down hill on this block, forcing bikers to either ride in the very middle of the road (or the wrong side) or ride really close to the parked cars and risk being doored or not seen. And that is if you are lucky enough to see that there are big potholes as you ride downhill. Please fill and smooth these dangerous potholes.
