    Good afternoon, turning left onto Giroux from northbound Dawson took 5 cycles this afternoon. Surprised only given 10 sec green, allowing only 2 or 3 vehicles through because of opposing, oncoming southbound traffic has right of way. Further, this intersection is a bit of signalling gong-show because protected left hand greens are given, but there's no left-hand turning traffic to use it. Hope it can be looked into. Thanks !
