    this report is actually about the litter, trash. abandoned mattresses, etc along the RR tracks between Florida and Georgia. There is a small homeless encampment at Virginia along the tracks which should be respected, but most of the garbage is in their midst, too. This would be a good community cleanup project for Shellee's groups.
