The STOP sign on Creston Rd at the corner of Woodland Ave has a bottom bolt missing and the sign pole is sinking into the Right of Way soil. The bottom edge is only 52 inches above ground and is a Pedestrian hazard. A woman almost smacked her face into it while walking on the sidewalk.

An area of the new asphalt on Creston Rd (which was applied on August 9, 2018) has a soft spot which a neighbor described as "walking on a mattress" . It is approx 2 feet x 3 feet and has visible cracks in the surface as well. I marked the curb area with a yellow arrow.

The stop sign (mounted on a steel pole) fell into the storm drain collapse and is now at ground level and not very visible.

Update: The stop sign was fixed on Friday 01/26/2018.

    Thank you.

A 6 foot deep hole developed near the curb at the corner of Creston Rd and Woodland ave. The hole is between the STOP sign and the utility pole on Creston rd.. The opening is 5 1/2 ft from the STOP sign and I marked it with red fluorescent paint.

Original surface hole of 8 x 12 inches now opened to 1-1/2 ft x 3 ft. At minimum,it needs a steel plate to cover the hole.
