    The sign is missing from the end of the median/island. (Picture attached) Several cars have tried to turn left to Wells Fargo and hit the median. I suggest yellow candlestick delineators be put on the entire length of the median. (Sample picture attached)You CANNOT see the median at night!

    Seriously! I've reported this several times! 9 out of 10 times there is NO green arrow! It goes straight to flashing yellow! I think I will post the TOC # on the side of the turn lane so everyone sitting and waiting thru 3 lights can call!
