This morning we saw workers painting bike lane symbols on both curb lanes of this narrow avenue. I didn't see any notification that this was happening. This in effect removes all street parking. Not everyone has a driveway, and our alley shared with 40th Ave NE. is full because of no street parking on 40th. Barely 2 cars can pass on 41st, and lawn care and other service vehicles have no other place to stop.

I have noted over time that some City departments close SeeClickFix requests upon assigning the issue to a department or team. The latest example is #13542003, a complaint about traffic signal timing. We want to know what the analysis is and when the job is done. Knowing it's assigned isn't enough. Visibility disappears.

The map you use for issues incorrectly labels 49th Ave. NE as 50th. You can validate with Google maps or Bing maps. I tried looking at the map source, but can't find a way to comment about the error.

Oak trees across the alley from me has limbs resting on the wires on my side of the alley. The limbs weigh the wires down and are pulling the new pole installed this summer. I know I'm supposed to contact whichever company whose wires are affected, but I don't know which of the companies own the wires. We have Duke Energy, Frontier, and Spectrum in the neighborhood. How can I tell? The trees were recently lifted and trimmed, but not on this side of the alley.

Shared trash can in alley at this address has a large flat-screen TV in it. This needs to be removed before collection 3/19/19. There is also a large piece of rolled up packing cardboard in the can preventing the lid from closing. No idea who put these items in the can.

Storm drain at the intersection of 43rd Ave and Cherry St. NE is clogged. Water was standing in the intersection this morning.

Branches cut from Brazilian pepper tree have been on the ground near the tree along alley for quite a while. Vegetation overgrowth in driveway, which is open to alley. Old fencing stacked along side fence in back yard, which is open to alley. All this provides habitat for vermin and snakes.

Tenant has moved out leaving piles of trash and furniture in the alley around the trash can. Trash can is over filled also.

St. Petersburg obelisk is missing letters on the north and east sides.

Westbound traffic on 38th Ave. N, lanes do not empty making it impossible to legally enter the left-turn lane to 34th St, which is too short. People drive over the striped pavement before the turn lane in order to make a left turn in the current cycle. 2 things could be done, lengthen the 38th Ave left turn lanes toward 33rd St. and/or lengthen the green light phase for 38th Ave. so the forward lanes can empty.

I reported bagged brush and furniture in the alley earlier this week, and the report was closed when all was scheduled for pickup Tuesday, 9/19. Only the 2 outdoor lounges were picked up. Now the shared garbage can has been overfilled with the bagged storm debris. There were also 2 concrete-look molded plastic fountain pieces, and those weren't picked up either. Now someone is putting additional loose brush in the alley.

Someone has placed several bags of what looks to be storm debris next to the garbage can in the alley behind the given address. There's also a pile of lawn furniture and some unidentified articles.

Tenant, not owner, has filled a shared garbage container with heavy items too big to allow the lid to close. The house is sealed for the storm. There's a rotted counter top and shutter or closet door in the bin, It's too heavy for us neighbors to pull stuff out or move the container back. We're afraid if it stays where it is it will turn over in the storm and contents will spread across the alley.

Some substance is running from properties in this area into gutter. It is iridescent, oily looking. In some places the substance is floating on standing water in the gutter. More that one lot shows this effect. Has this area been treated for mosquitoes?
