Erosion Hole in Sidewalk on Landham Brook bridge close to the intersection of Whittemore Road and Gregory Road. Has become bigger recently.

This segment of sidewalk did not get plowed. It is on a steep section of a narrow road with a blind curve. It is on a school walking route. The expanded intersection of Whittemore & Gregory is notorious for icing, excessive speed by vehicles, and a minumum of 4 accidents every winter. This sidewalk has always been plowed in the past. Please plow.

Water Spigot cover for fire hydrant keeps flipping over. Flipped it back twice this season. Concerned that a snowplow will hit it. May be an indication of a water leak.

Hole appears to be growing and could lead to more failure of a sidewalk that is on the walking route to Potter Road School.

Pothole when turning North on Linda Ave from Wickford Road is growing larger. There is a traffic cone in it to help people avoid it.

Some concern over water collected by rubbish & recycling bins left with lid open after automatic cycle. This has been consistent over the past month. Water in the bins ends up having to pass through the municipal vehicle (corrosion, wear, health hazard, ecological issue) or increases the weight at the disposal site (higher disposal fees & fuel costs).
Can the vehicles be recalibrated or adjusted to assure that most of the lids are closed as they were in the past?

The sidewalk has risen over 4 inches during the past month. It is hollow underneath and is starting to crack and may be a significant hazard to pedestrians and bicycles

In the past, there was a 25 MPH sign at the end of the Hemenway School Zone to remind drivers and to show the end of the School Zone. As drivers are observed driving Eastbound in excess of 40 MPH, it becomes a major challenge when crossing the street to go to either Hemenway School or the McAuliffe Library. There is a convenient sign post at the end of Bacon Street which appears ideal to just replace the missing 25 MPH sign.

The entire railroad crossing is deteriorating rapidly. It is almost impassable for many vehicles and snow plows may experience serious damage this coming winter

Since the recent construction done by the State, the 30 MPH sign was not restored. Is there any reason for the 35 MPH sign during 0.1 Mile segment? Could we get Mass DOT to modify that to 30 MPH for consistency on such a heavily travelled road?

20 MPH Speed Limit sign is bent and twisted. This section of Hemenway Road is very narrow, one way, and twisty. Please restore.
