Dead skunk in road near 110 Felton st.

From winter Ave at least to broad st. No one has cleared or treated their sidewalks. I am not going to walk in the street so instead I get to slip, nearly sprain my ankle and mess up my back. These people have had ample time to care of the sidewalks. The only ones that get cleared are the ones the city does and even those don't get treated.

Is there any way the city could put some sort of crosswalk sign IN the cross walk at Lincoln/Cross? It seems like everyday I have a close call because someone is speeding down Lincoln st and doesn't notice the crosswalk.

One of the light posts from the Shell gas station has fallen over and is hanging slightly into Felton St.

House at 19 cross has water draining via some hose in its side yard. Water pumps out with a audible noise every 1.5-2 minutes. Has been going on for months.
