    The street corner at 11th Ave NE and Locust St has been flooded constantly for the last few weeks.

    We often see water gushing up through the bricks.

    Please check this out and fix the leaks under the street in the storm drains/sewer pipes.

    The slumlord is back, building without a permit again. They come by during nights and weekends when the city inspectors are off so they can do work without anyone from the city hassling them. They admitted it was against the law, but said it was only a "city rule" and said they were doing good work. They said that they are going to try and complete the work before the inspectors catch them.
