    An Annex to the Westside Atlanta Charter School (WACS) was constructed this summer. A portion of the sidewalk was removed and a water main was accessed. The sidewalk was never repaired, and the water main is leaking down the street into the sewer. This has been ongoing for over two months now.

    There is a Median Sign on the median / island that runs along this part of Perry Boulevard. The sign was hit by a car the other day and is no longer visible to oncoming traffic.

    Where the intersection of Perry Boulevard & West Highlands Drive meet on the North side of Perry Boulevard at the bus stop for MARTA 26 there is a 12 inch by 18 inch hole in the sidewalk. It appears to be some type of pipe that is missing its cap. We have placed various objects over the hole to draw peoples attention to it so that they do not fall in. At present it is covered with a chunk of concrete from the curb.
