There is an abandoned mattress left next to a dumpster that apparently the dumpster company does not want to touch, nor does anyone want to take owner ship of it to have it removed. I just moved into the building on S. Wallace and I'm wondering how do we go about getting this picked up? The city bulk collection does not come down this street as there are no residential pick-ups to be made. In addition to the mattress, S. Wallace St is a mess. The sidewalks and street are littered with broken glass and trash. Is it possible to add S. Wallace St to the street sweeping list now that Spring is upon us? A new doggy daycare and pet supply shop has opened up on S. Wallace and there will be many dogs walking up and down the street and I'd hate for puppy paws to be torn up by broken glass.
