Where's code? Where's Bill?

For the last 10 days, a dark late model car has been parked > 50% on the grass adjacent to the left (south) side of the driveway. Even if the car is gone, you all see the ruts it has left.

For the last year, there has been a taxi van parked in the back yard. This raises two issues. The vehicle is parked in the back yard of this corner property off Manhattan.

1. To get to the back yard, the taxi goes over the curb.
2. Seems like running a business out of a residence.

for over a month, a two piece sectional sofa has been on the greenbelt here moving a couple feet north or south but never going away. could it please be cleaned up..

I note that a parking lot is about to established here several times larger than the previous parking area yet there is no Z posted and hasn't been. Is this a legal parking area? is there lot coverage?

Peaking out from under a blue tarp on the Brookes Ave side of this house are many bags of garbage...the pile is building. Aren't rental properties supposed to have rodent-proof trash containers?

I have an extra off-street parking spot available for rent. I live one block from the University of Vermont Medical Center, and UVM. $15 per week

I also noticed that this end of the street is labeled private parking only but yet the whole street was repaved at public expense last year. How can this be? Can someone explain?

This is a repeat violation with a property that has environmental court order preventing yard parking.

property have perennial sign up advertising 5 room apartment (just check google street view). Don't we have a 4 unrelate ordinance in the city? Is it being enforced?

On weekends over the last month, there has been a car parked on the grass next to the drive way. You will see the ruts in the grass. Note that this was once an owner occupied duplex. The owners have moved out and it's been trouble since with garbage on the greenspace, parking on the lawn, and this spring a large police presence with weapons involved.

There have been numerous similar complaints over the years about this property and no barriers ever installed.
