    There are two significant potholes on Robinson between 3161 Robinson Drive and the house beyond it going towards Butters Drive. In addition to cars, many bicycle riders use the route. It is dangerous to both drivers and cyclists because this road is very narrow and there is not much room to maneuver when a car is coming from the opposite direction. Please fix.

    Across from the driveway to 3315 Robinson there are several potholes near the opposite side of the street. These are a hazard to drivers and bicyclists. There are many bicyclists who use this route near Butters Canyon.

    When entering Robinson Drive from Joaquin Miller Road, there is a long swatch of road Across from 3266 and 3230 Robinson that needs to have a guardrail constructed. Trees were recently cut or removed from the downhill slopes across from and between these homes that created a dangerous situation where cars could go off the road and land on the downhill slope. Robinson Drive is a very narrow road and the righthand side of the road often crumbles on the downhill side, making it even narrower. The current situation poses a threat to drivers. Please construct a guardrail in this location.

    Fruitvale Avenue just before turning right on Tiffin is in terrible shape. It is almost impossible to make the righthand turn due to potholes and road disintegration. Must be fixed now before someone’s car or tires are severely damaged.

    There are a few large potholes on Joaquin Miller Toad going uphill between Crane Way and Crane Way. They are deep and wide and have been there for at least a month. They are difficult to see because they are near the middle of the lanes. very dangerous especially at night!

    On Redwood Road below Skyline Blvd. there are plants growing into the street, making it impossible to walk up/down that side of Redwood Road without walking in the street. This is unsafe for pedestrians. Students from Skyline High School, people walking to/from the Oakland Hills Tennis Club, and others are put at risk by these overgrown plants and trees. Please cut the plants and trees to allow for pedestrian access on what would be the sidewalk area to ensure safety for pedestrians. Drivers speed down Redwood Road making this a particularly dangerous situation for walkers. Thanks!

    This property is a blight and a fire hazard. It has a been a construction time with long lapses of time between work being done. The grass is dry and wildly overgrown. There are building supplies including insulation that litter the property. With all of the concern about fire safety, how can the city not address these issues with the owner of this property. The neighborhood is tired of looking at an unsafe, blighted property. Please do something to address this situation which threatens the safety of the neighborhood, especially in this hot, dry season.

    On Joaquin Miller Road, just before Robinson Drive, the curb used to be painted red, which allowed drivers on Robinson Drive who wanted to turn left on to Joaquin Miller Road to have a clear view of cars coming up the hill. Because the red has faded so that it is now almost invisible, cars park there regularly, obscuring the view of drivers on Robinson who want to turn left. This presents a public safety hazard and needs to be corrected as soon as possible. There has been loud chatter on Nextdoor about this corner and Michae Legault, an Oakland building inspector, has been instrumental in correcting a public safety hazard presented by a temporary fence at a construction site on this corner. The neighborhood wants to ensure their safety by having this curb repainted RED right away. Cars speed up JM Road daily, so being able to see if any are coming uphill when drivers want to turn left on Joaquin Miller Road from Robinson is critical to public safety.     There is a large depression and lump in the road due to some recent utility work. It presents a hazard to those driving on this narrow, winding road and to bicycle riders who regularly use this route to go up to Crestmont Avenue to reach various popular Oakland Hills bicycle routes.

    There are two major potholes on Crestmont near the corner of Brunell on a hilly part of Crestmont. They are very deep and drivers have to swerve to avoid having damage done to their tires. When it is dark, this creates a particular hazard to drivers unfamiliar with the neighborhood. This is a major public safety hazard. Please fix
