       (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to permit, suffer or allow the storage, on private property within the city, of tree boles or large tree stumps, which are not, or cannot be, split and cut.

    I'm the owner of 1147 summer st, I I like to know what my rights are in a matter of a new chain link fence just installed on 04.01.2015, by the owner of 1151 summer st,

    First is it legal to have a 5 ft high fence.

    Was this man able to have on up to date Plat of survey, to know for sure we're to dig.

    Now the this fence is on place my tenants can not drive to get to garage.

    If anyone, fire department, police or the tenant's need to drive on the driveway no one can drive it's very narrow and dangerous.
