Fallen Tree limb obstructed street from storm

Debris and trash from the property owner dumped in the lawn and trash container remained on curb several weeks after weekly trash pickup

Owner no longer Restores and maintains property. property is now derelict
And open to vandal, criminals and rodents.

Bulk Pick Issues -Bulk pick up has failed to remove bulk for a month. It has failed to follow any scheduled bi-weekly time frame in the neighborhood.

Down tree limbs from recent storm on sidewalk and front area of property

On 01-22-2017 at approximately 5:00pm a flatbed trunk drove through the neighborhood going northbound on Rutherford street and purposely illegally dumped a refrigerator onto the street. We were unable to get the make and model of the truck or plate number.

The property located at 15375 Prevost is surrounded on all sides with trash, mattresses, boat,debris and dumpsters items. The site is continued to be used as a dump site by unknown individuals. This is an Active Dumping location. Everyday new items are being dumped. I urgently request an investigation and clean up and those responsible be prosecuted.

Address: 15376 Rutherford. On December 13th, Residents moved, owner boarded up property but left courville container on curb and failed to clean property of tree debris in front yard/ backyard. Vagrants appearing around property because of derelict conditions. Property open to possible theft and vandalism. Your assistance in this matter is much appreciated. WKelsau
