    Three of the lights along the sidewalk of the seawall are now out. From the NW they would be the 8th and 10th lampposts, and the second from the south end. One of the iron trash bins got dumped in the water at the NW-most stair to the water. Last night it was at the south breakwater. It could be removed at low tide. There is also a traffic sign in the water, easily visible at low tide.
