The CVS property in downtown St. Pete is an absolute eyesore. They do no landscaping. The do have a crew "clean up" once a week, but they don't trim trees, plant anything, remove weeds, etc. The property is now covered in weeds that have grown to the size of small trees (some 10-15 feet tall). I have spoken to the store manager a number of times and nothing has been done. Since the storm, they have not cleaned up the storm debris on and around their property.

There is a small alley that runs between Charles Court South and 4th Ave S close to the 3rd Street South end - almost directly behind the Wallace Insurance Agency office at 341 3rd Street South. There is a big tree that hangs across that small alley which is sitting completely on the power lines that run along that area. It appears to be weighing them down and could easily pull the lines down in a storm or with some wind.

The palm trees along the CVS pharmacy drive-thru are mostly dead and during storms (including last night and today) pieces come flying off and blow all over the place. They are very close to the Charles Court townhouses directly across the alley and could easily blow through a window or fall on to a car below. They haven't been trimmed or taken care of in a year +. They need to be trimmed and the dead ones should be removed.

The CVS property is a mess. There is trash scattered on all sides of their building, but the biggest issue is around back along Charles Court S by their pharmacy drive-thru. There is a pile of trash that just keeps growing as well as a dead palm tree and some others that are dying which become a hazard with rain and wind. The tree has been dead for 6+ months and the trash been there for about 2 months. I tried to talk to the manager of CVS about cleaning it up and dealing with the trees, but he hasn't done anything about the issue.
