Street sweep needed on entire street of Laurel and Boulevard

There seems to be water slowly bubbling up from the street in front of 857 Laurel Ave . It has water flowing along the side of the street.

Vacant lot located on Laurel Ave (between 836 and 846 ) is in need of maintenance. Lot is overgrown with scrubs and debris. Grass needs to be cut and limbs cleared . Huge magnolia tree on the lot by the street needs to be trimmed off of the power lines. Our neighborhood works hard to keep our yards looking nice and the new owner needs to tend to this. Neighbors are tired of looking at it! Thank you for your help with this!

Recycling at 846 Laurel Ave has not been picked up in two months .please advise - thank you!
