    SINCE NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT THIS ISSUE WHICH HAS BEEN REPEATEDLY REPORTED, I AM FORCED TO ONCE AGAIN POST THAT THE CASUAL CLAM'S DRIVEWAY IS A HAZARD TO ANYONE PASSING BY ON THE 9TH STREET SIDE. WHY DOESN'T THE CITY AND THIS RESTAURANT DO SOMETHING??? Trees on the driveway, north side of Casual Clam blocking the view from the south of anybody pulling out of the driveway onto 9th Street N. Any pedestrian passing on the sidewalk from the south cannot be seen by drivers pulling out of the Casual Clam. Last week I was almost hit by someone coming out of the driveway onto 9th Street. This is a accident waiting to happen and something needs to be done about this. It is a recurring issue that has never been properly addressed by the City or Casual Clam. There needs to be a stop sign or something to make sure drivers YIELD to the pedestrians passing by from the south.

    Somebody dumped a bunch of dead tree limbs in the dumpster. They have been in there for a couple of weeks now because they are so jammed in the dumpster that they aren't coming out when the dumpster is emptied. Please remove so we have room for our trash. Thank you.

    Shipping pallet illegally placed in the dumpster at this location. We took it out and laid it on the side in order to allow those that actually pay to use this dumpster to place our trash in. I have a pretty good idea who did this, but I can't be 100% sure. Perhaps one of our surrounding neighbors with an outside camera may have captured the culprits.

    Casual Clam has overgrown bushes on the East side of the business. This morning I was almost hit by a Ford F-150 pulling out of the driveway onto 9th Street N. This is an issue that I have reported time and time again via SeeClickFix, but the City of St. Petersburg has only had this business trim their bushes. This is insufficient. A sign of pedestrian crossing at the very least should be posted. For any pedestrian walking or on a bike passing in front of this business from South to North, they are in jeopardy of being hit. As I stated, this has been reported numerous times yet the City of St. Petersburg does not take my complaint seriously. This is an accident waiting to happen and by the City ignoring this issue, the City, the business and the driver responsible for the accident will be held accountable.

    The City of St. Petersburg Sanitation Department came through this morning and left trash all around this dumpster and the dumpster behind 3240 15th Street N. Someone from the City needs to come by and pick up all of this garbage as they didn't do a good job of emptying these trash bins. I tried calling the City about this and got disconnected....this is an unacceptable way of providing services to the community. When will the City be by to clean up this mess?????????

    The palm trees on the East side of the Casual Clam are blocking the view of cars pulling out of the Casual Clam onto 9th Street N. For the second day in a row, I was almost run over by a car pulling out of the Casual Clam parking lot. Whether I walk, jog or bike ride past the Casual Clam I am ALWAYS in danger of being hit by a car. This is an accident waiting to happen and something needs to be done about it. The Casual Clam needs to cut these palm trees down so that cars pulling out of their parking lot can see pedestrians walking by this establishment. I came within 6 inches today from being run over. Something needs to be done before someone gets killed.

    Why is it that the City does not let the citizens know when they plan to do street sweeping? On this block alone, I watched the street sweeper bypass almost every house because cars were parked on the street. Lots of good cleaning the street is when you can't get near the dirt and garbage that needs to be cleaned up. This is a total waste of time and taxpayer's money.
