    Several of the sidewalk blocks (Hex Block) on the sidewalks directly in front of my home - in multiple locations - are raising up at various spots and could cause a hazard to walkers.

    There is a major depression in the center of the roadway at the intersection at the spot where a car crosses over to the south side of the intersection (between the corner house of 706 and 656 18th Avenue NE). This is not the first time this hole has been there but it has damaged tires and it is getting worse.

    Several surrounding properties have large palm trees, and especially since the storms last week there are multiple large limbs in the alley as well as many branches that people have just dumped in the alley. They are obstructing access via the alley and causing me to have to drive closer to the other side and hit (with my car and potential scratching) other vegetation also overgrown and sticking out.

    The sidewalk is raised and people trip on it all the time. I contacted the city last year, and a couple weeks later a lady came by to fix it. It was actually Halloween day, and I told her that would be a dangerous day for people to walk by a sidewalk under repair, so she said she would come back. It is now almost mid-April and it is still not fixed, but the Bob's Barricade she put there remains in place.
