The traffic camera is out. I attached a screenshot.

When you're on the ramp to get on I-15 northbound, there is a TNT Fireworks banner attached to the fence that runs along the on ramp. It has been there ever since the fireworks booth was set up in the parking lot of the South Town Mall in July.
  • Striping Archived
I-215 E Salt Lake City, UT, 84123, USA - Murray

When taking exit 12 off I-215 to go southbound on I-15, there is construction going on and the striping on the road is very hard to see. It is bad specifically where the two lanes exiting I-215 from the west to go south on I-15 meet with the two lanes exiting I-215 from the east to also go south on I-15. There are supposed to be four lanes there, but nobody can tell so drivers awkwardly merge into three-ish lanes until the lines come back and people realize there are four lanes and spread back out. It is particularly bad during the morning commute and caused delays this morning. I know that it's hard to invest resources in temporary things like lane shifts during construction, but I feel like this is really necessary to prevent an accident. People are driving too fast (55-65 mph) to suddenly have no lane lines at a point where lanes shift.

Additionally, a little further south (right before these lanes meet with I-15 south), there are only two lanes but still no lane lines. This doesn't seem to be quite as big of a deal because there are only two lanes, but it sure would be nice to have some striping to guide drivers.

  • Rough Road Archived
Belt Route Salt Lake City, Utah - Poplar Grove
When traveling Northbound on the I-215 West Belt, there are two bridges that have extremely rough "joints" (where the bridge part of the roadway connects with the rest of the roadway). They are the two bridges before the I-80 exit. I believe they are the bridges over Indiana Avenue and maybe California Avenue, but it is hard for me to tell because I am driving. The northern most of the two (I think Indiana) is especially rough. I am not one to exaggerate, but I honestly worry that it is going to damage my car. It's been getting worse over the last few months. I noticed it was patched a while ago but unfortunately the patch material gets knocked out when cars hit it so it's getting worse again.
  • 500 South 700 West Woods Cross, Utah - West Bountiful
There needs to be a light installed at this intersection. It is currently a two-way stop, but there is so much east/west traffic that it is nearly impossible to make a left turn onto 500 South during times of increased traffic, such as the morning and evening commutes.
  • Legacy Parkway Woods Cross, Utah - Davis County
Work to install a traffic signal at this intersection (500 South and Legacy) was started. It even got to the point that lights were installed but never turned on. Then the lights were removed, and it's been that way for months. Are there plans to get a functioning signal here?
