    On 7/14/15, I submitted the following request. (The Johnston St asphalt has expanded onto Town Center Pkwy causing the asphalt lip and swell over the slab causing a 4” bump for both egress and ingress traffic for both Town Center Pkwy & Chateau Des Lions Blvd. Please dispatch the appropriate party to remove the bump to avoid an auto hazard. Please reply with action plan to include dates for resolve. If I have contacted the wrong department, please reply with the correct contact info if possible). Several days later, a reply stated the bump had been removed. Unfortunantly, this is not the case. Asphalt lips still existis @ Johnston St/Town Center Pkwy Lafayette LA 70506. Please resubmit.
