Items are dumped near this dumpster and need collected

Cars blocking Alley - illegally parked. Cars cannot get through, and neither can city garbage trucks that need to collect our trash.

MORE garbage dumping. City of St Pete- why do you keep flipping this to sanitation?? Do you not realize that the owner of this apartment has his cleaning crew dump garbage here constantly because he realizes you will just pick it up for free? How many times do we have to report the same issue over and over again before you make it a codes issue and stop just sending people out to pick it up?

CONSTANT dumping of garbage with no action taken by building owner. I am intentionally listing this as a code violation vs a sanitation issue because something needs to be done to address the issue. It has been ongoing for more than a year now.

ILLEGAL DUMPING.

I have been reporting this weekly for several weeks now, and will continue to report it- daily if needed- until the issue is resolved. This photo was taken over the weekend- the issue is worse now. There is CONSTANT dumping in this garbage area near this apartment complex. I don’t know if it is the tenants moving out, or from other sources. The owners of the complex have a responsibility to manage and maintain this and make sure that there is not a constant heap of trash that all the other neighbors have to look at. Instead of sending out another ‘special pick-up’ from sanitation, can we please address the actual issue of the dumping itself? Thank you!

The alley between Island Nautical and Brocante has a handful of huge potholes. The one by the rr track was previously repaired but is back. There are also several other ones now too that need repaired. Maybe a re-pave of the whole alley??

Hi there! Me again....back with another dumpster alley update from this apartment complex that CONSTANTLY allows their tenants to leave garbage without any regard for the neighborhood. Can we get codes compliance on this please? Can we hold the property owner accountable?

SAME DUMPSTER - DIFFERENT DAY. This is my second submission this week about this apartment and the disgusting heaps of trash their tenants continuously pile up here. A special sanitation pickup was done and guess what? The garbage is heaping and overflowing again.

I go back to the question- can we make this a codes compliance issue instead of just constantly ordering special sanitation pick-ups? Can we have them get a larger dumpster? More frequent pickups?
