The gate to city property under the interstate at corner of 4th Avenue North and MLK was left open and unlocked after mowing by city. Homeless set up camp overnight in spite of no trespass signs. City needs to close and re-lock gates for safety. Thanks

Homeless have taken up outside the abandoned lot leaving debris, needles, etc. They are taking shelter from the heat day and night under the palm tree, nestled in the overgrowth. sadly the same elderly woman sleeps here day and night. Shame on the city for allowing the homeless to exist in these squalid conditions and for not maintaining the property so it doesn't become an impromptu shelter. Please clean it up and find an appropriate home for the elderly homeless woman that calls this tree home!

Again the owners of 647 5th Ave N. are illegally dumping trash and furniture curbside. They should be fined by the city as it is ongoing.

The owners of 715 7th Ave N were caught dumping furniture in the alley next to 711 7th Ave N. I advised them that dumping was illegal and they stated they didn't care and we're going to continue. They need to be fined.

Sofa left on sidewalk since Jan 13th. Needs to be removed.
