Parking for Trips is getting out of hand once again with people parking in the alley adjacent to Trips parking lot making it difficult to impossible to access the alley

Light has been out going on 2 weeks

Pedestrian crosswalk light is out at 22nd Ave., North and fifth Street

Cable Company came out to do work on 801 and left large long cables hanging from the poles and into the street Cables are so long that cars have driven over them and are threatening to pull the cable lines down

When is the city going to trim this Brazilian pepper back? It's been like this for going on 2 months It's been reported over and over again This intersection is dangerous enough and forcing bike commuters to take the lane due to the city ignoring an issue that would take 10 minutes to remedy is ridiculous I would like a response of when the city is planning to trim this back

Resident is watering more of the street than their lawn Sprinkler head is broken and aimed improperly Can someone from code enforcement please take a drive down Pinellas Point and do something about the numerous home owners excessively watering weeds and ornamental grass near the street thereby destroying the road? Pinellas Point was just repaved at a considerable cost and it would be nice if it lasted longer than the 2-3 years we got out of it last time it was repaved

Xtreme Fitness parking lot has 4 huge tractor tires lying around and all of them are full of water and mosquito larvae I would empty them but I'm not xtreme enough to lift them The gym appears to be temporarily closed so there's no one I can ask to empty them They're a good neighbor and I'm not mad but I wish they'd haul the tires inside until they reopen

Squatters are living in the back apartment that’s in the process of being demolished. Belongings and food are just inside the back window.

Every other week I find myself having to pick up after the recycling crew after they pass through the alley. I know it’s not an easy job especially when it’s hot but the crews need to do a better job of picking up things that don’t make it into the truck. This plastic toilet seat is recycleable and yet it didn’t make it into the truck. Two weeks ago it was beer cans and paper strewn along the alley. Please do better. Thanks

Road bed is collapsing into a massive hole

City or county installed flexible poles several years ago in an attempt to protect cyclists from cars making right turns onto the Bayway. Good idea in theory but terrible idea in practice especially since the city/ county have not maintained the bike lane. The flexible poles are a nuisance and the bike lane is unusable. Please fix and consider removing the poles.

Deep sand in road. A cyclist is going to go down hard if the sand is not removed.

Bike lane at the intersection of the Bayway and SR679 needs maintenance. Poles were installed to create a barrier to protect cyclists but the bike lane is overgrown and forces cyclists into the Bayway - exactly what the poles were meant to prevent.

Property owner of the duplex at 801 23rd Ave N has not maintained trees on the property and over a week ago a large limb fell from a tree on their property and destroyed a panel of our fence as well as a post. The limb also destroyed a shed on the property of 801. The owners have informed us through a property management company that they are not responsible for our fence and they’re leaving it up to one of the tenants to remove the shed. The duplex has had numerous maintenance issues over the years and we’ve tried to be good neighbors and give the owners the benefit of the doubt but this latest issue is unacceptable.
