    400-410 Hickory Drive Greensburg, Pennsylvania - Westmoreland County
    At end of Hickory Dr. where it meets Rt130, the road was patched after it was torn up. Not sure if the patch work settled or is deteriorating, but it's terrible to pull in and out at this location. I suspect there is some underground water issue there since some pipe has been laying on the side of the road for months and there always seems to be water on the road there. This makes driving unsafe when it gets cold since this area freezes to ice frequently.

    The on-ramp going from 130 to Rt 30 West has some potholes and very bad patch work that needs repaired quickly. It's forcing people to drive on the side of the road to get around it.
