Prior to 13 Sep I reported an issue of erosion, public works that day said they came out to Eval, said concrete would be placed to fix erosion and prevent a collapse, would be 2 weeks. Over a month now, not fixed

There is a large culvert that comes out in the golf course drainage ditch between my house and 3016 Boundary Oaks Drive. The water has eroded the dirt and concrete connect where it comes out and is going to damage the foundation wall protecting my yard and house. It is getting very serious. Collapse is possible.

This is another request to fix the original issue that was #2677982. Since you commented it was the golf course responsibility, they said that was not true which I believe because the city has cleaned it at least twice. The Huntsville Director of Public Works called me about it, told me he would get back with me. That has now been at least 3 weeks ago and I have not heard a word nor has anything bee done. It is getting worse, is causing neighbors with allergies problems, standing stagnant water, and so on. 5 others have also commented it needs to be done. I provided pictures previously. Do I need to get WHNT Taking Action to help? My goodness, this can cause severe drainage issues, flooding, and health problems, and flooding.

The drainage ditch has severe overgrowth and plant growth since the city last cleaned it to prevent flooding issues. Water flows into the ditch both from a culvert pipe, golf course drainage and residential yards. When clear and in heavy downpours the water will get to the top of our wall, about 4 to 5 feet in depth. With the severe growth the water does not move forward and eventually down to the Flint River, placing residences from at least 3016 to 3022 at risk of substantial flooding.

About 3 weeks ago city untilities had to come fix a water leak of one of my neighbors - the area they had to fix was in my yard adjoining the street. While they did a great job of reparing the walk, curb and resodding - the street in front of my house was damage near the curb from the machinery used to did into the yard. The area nees repaving badly or there will be future problems/issues.
