    The street light closest to the house at 3200 Porter Street NW is out (dark) and has been for several nights, leaving the curve on Porter Street dark for both traffic and pedestrians. The light pole is immediately down hill 3200 Porter NW by ten feet or so; it's the pole next to the traffic speed display sign. I cannot safely read to pole number due to traffic.

    Significant ice still completely covers the sidewalk in front of 3005 Porter Street NW -- and only in front of that address -- long after the recent weather, due to a dripping discharge pipe at sidewalk level at that address. This poses significant risks and is dangerous for any pedestrian crossing in front of that address, as they have to walk into the street to avoid the ice.

    The stop sign at 30th and Porter Streets northwest is not missing, but hidden by trees and foliage growth (there's no category for this) -- such that I was almost just hit by an eastbound driver that could not see the sign, and continued at speed while I was in the crosswalk. Sign needs to be moved forward, or branches must be pruned ASAP. Thanks!
