    At drop of and pick up time at Franklin elementary school it is very dangerous to walk in the area. There is illegal parking in crosswalks which are in need of a paint job and signs. If police start ticketing these people who are ignoring our traffic laws maybe we can earn some extra money for our city. And maybe it will eventually encourage people to walk or park their cars around the block and walk instead of double parking or parking in the middle of a crosswalk.

    As the residents of this location know there are accidents at this intersection very often. Our children, parents, and resident are at risk. The traffic traveling down S. Clinton Ave. in this area speed and do not stop for our children, or community members in the crosswalks, which are not visible and lack signs to let traffic know to stop for pedestrians in crosswalks. Please fix this, it is only a matter of time that a person will be hit by a speeder, or caught in one of the frequent accidents, trying to cross this intersection.
