The city owned oak tree on the Hosmer side of my property has a couple dead branches. It is dropping bark in addition to the usual leaves. There is also a clump of mushrooms growing at the base of the tree which I is suspect is an indication that the tree is not healthy.

Please prune out the dead wood.

A small pothole next to a catch basin. It looks like the supporting soil has been undermined (washed away) and the pavement is starting to collapse. It is still a tiny hole only a few inches.

I reported the pothole at this location on June 15th. It was patched. It looks like the patch is already failing. It is a small hole but I think it indicated a problem with soil having been washed away under the asphalt next to the original pothole.

The pavement around this catch basin is failing. I'm sorry I'm being lazy and not entering this again as a pothole. The damaged manhole cover problem choice isn't really right but maybe you can see the problem from the picture.

This looks like it might need some paint before the rust really gets going. The photo is looking up at the top of the stairs at the SE corner of the garage.

It is only a small hole (maybe 3") but it looks deep. It is about even with the middle of the house on the other side of the street at 54 Spoonhill Ave. I suspect that the soil below is being washed away.

It is about 6x12 inches but it looks like it might be bigger below. This is in the patch for new pipe installed last summer.

The casing is broken on the first on and is on its way to becoming a pothole. There is a lid near a mailbox at 23 Kings View Rd.
