58th Street North, just north of 9th Avenue North, northbound lanes, sinking hole in middle of the road (again!)

While walking my dog (a golden retriever named Wahee) last night (September 5, 2018) at approximately 8:00 PM in front of 6236 28th Avenue North in St. Petersburg an unknown dog came from that property and approached myself and my dog. The owners were in their driveway and called their dog. Their dog seems to be some sort of pit bull or mixed breed pit bull. I said is he friendly and they said yes. Their dog almost immediately attacked my golden retriever while in the street. The owners (a man and a woman) came from the property and the man attempted to stop his dog from attacking my dog. He was able to pull his dog off of mine but then his dog got loose and went right after my dog again. The man was finally able to pull his dog off of my dog and dragged him into the house at 6236 28th Avenue North where it came from. The whole attack probably lasted approximately 45 seconds. The woman was very apologetic and said this had never happened before and it would never happen again. The man came out from the house and also apologized. We examined my dog. My dog had blood coming from a wound under jaw near his neck. There did not seem to be other open wounds. I think my dog is fine. I am concerned about other people and pets in the neighborhood. There are many children and people walking their dogs in this neighborhood.

Broken / sinking curb.

Junk laying by residential alley dumpster behind 5039 Central Ave for over 3 weeks. A mattress, a small sofa, and a pallet. I'm surprised that with the number of garbage pick ups that sanitation has not picked this up. See attached pictures

Tree on City right of way is growing around our flag poles and ruining our United States of America, State of Florida, and City of St. Petersburg flags that we have been flying for many years. Please have this tree trimmed away from our flags which represent our county, our state, and our city.
