    304 N. 21st Street Richmond, va - Church Hill
    Transformer crash into sidewalk has now made one of the busiest Church HIll blocks impassable. Pedestrians have to walk into right turn lane. Giant hole needs to be filled and sidewalk repaired. 8-12" deep in some places, so big ankle breaker

    It's a jungle. Sidewalk grass spilling over curb and now people are parking farther from curb. 2-way traffic difficult on Marshall between Cedar and 20th.

    1900-1998 East Marshall Street Richmond, Virginia - Union Hill
    No parking sign previously at 20st and Marshall has been taken down resulting in cars parking further and further up the north side of Marshall closer to 21st. Lanes are now narrow and it is hard to pass.

    Brick sidewalks of 2100 block of E. Broad, south and north-bound sides are overgrown with grass. Horrible gateway to St. John's district for impending tourists. Also sinkhole/divet of the ankle breaking variety in front of the condo building.

    Roof from 318 N. 21st was torn off during storm and the heavy tar paper is sitting on both western corners of 21st and Marshall, (i.e. in front of 320 N. 21st and on the park side)

    Grass is hip high at Jefferson Park, especially Marshall/Jefferson corner. There's also a nice crop of poison oak growing in the gutter by the tree.

    GRTC "21st & Marshall" bus stop on the west side of the street, close to Duke's, needs a trash can. This is a double bench stop with lots of commuters. Coffee cups, beer cans, fast food bags. It's always a mess.
