Litter is strewn all along the entire sidewalk from 58th to Eastern Ave. There is no trash can along this route to the Metro.

The crossing guard at East Capitol Street and 41st Street was completely mismanaging the traffic. Recently, crossing lights were installed there and she had those going. Then, she would go into the street with her stop sign to block all three lanes (instead of just one) for another minute to let side street traffic out. The the lights would go on again because she had pressed the button followed by more time with her in the road. It took me thirty minutes to get from 49th Street through her back up. A colleague takes E Cap in from Maryland and said it was backed up to the hill at Southern Avenue as you cross into the District - over 25 blocks away! She was in way over her head today, please bring back the usual people.

Second time this month.

Lights at this intersection are off to the point of constantly backing up north-bound traffic back almost to Florida Avenue. It's happening both day and night at times when it shouldn't. This only started a week or two ago.

In the vicinity of the 1800-2000 blks of C St NE westbound, the left lane of C St NE has been blocked off for some sort of construction since February and absolutely NO work has ever been done in that time. Why is this still blocked?

The city owns the land along East Capitol Street east of 58th Street and hasn't made any attempt at clearing the sidewalk on the south side. This is a large hill and the main route for pedestrians to get to the Metro. Please do something other than hope it will melt.

Several cars are illegally parked on the 300 block of 3rd St NW underneath the Department of Labor. There should be no cars on 3rd at all between C and D Sts.

Dozens if cars are parking illegally underneath the Department of Labor on 3rd St NW making it very difficult to exit the parking garage safely. If this cannot be enforced I want a phone call explaining why.

As always, there are dozens of cars parked illegally underneath the Department of Labor. Ticket and/or tow them or I'm contacting FPS for them to do it.

I watched a blind guy walk into the truck blocking the crosswalk across C Street. The truck isn't working on anything. Earlier, I saw the driver park, get out carrying a backpack, and walk away. Ten minutes later the blind guy walked right into it.

Truck that is always illegally parked in the area is blocking crosswalk across C Street at 3rd. There are a lot of handicapped people who work nearby.
