Brush left in parkway since Monday 9/2. Was not picked up post holiday by Homewood disposal and it is not a brush collection week here until 9/16-12 days from now. Half marathon route down our street in two days...can you address?

Weeds now as tall as the air conditioner...2- 2 1/2 feet? Over grown on both sides of driveway as well, reported previously to no avail. Please address.

Occupants consistently let their dogs out unleashed. The photo is the dog on my driveway, well past property lines and in my back yard. No one was out with him. Occupants do not pick up after dog, waste is in my yard-I don't have a dog. Ordinances clearly state dog must be restrained or effectively controlled:

(Private property restraint. (a) Unenclosed area. No dog shall be on an unenclosed area of any private property outside the principal building unless:
[1] A person who can and does effectively control that dog is immediately and physically present in the same unenclosed area; or
[2] The dog is tethered so as to effectively prevent the dog from leaving the unenclosed area.)

Control of defecation.

A. It shall be unlawful for any person who owns, keeps, maintains, harbors or walks a dog or cat to be on any property, public or private, not owned or possessed by such person unless such dog or cat is accompanied by a person who has in his possession a device for the removal of excrement and a depository for the transmission of excrement to a receptacle located upon property owned or possessed by such person.

B. It shall be unlawful for any person who owns, keeps, maintains, harbors or walks a dog or cat to fail to immediately remove excrement left by such dog or cat on property, public or private, not owned or possessed by such person. The excrement shall be removed to a proper receptacle located on property owned or possessed by such person.

Concern of children and other dogs walking by when this threatening looking dog is left outside unattended.

Would like penalty issued: both violations apply, you can choose one:
A violation of Subsection A(2)(a) or (b): not less than $150 or more than $750.
A violation of Subsection A(3)(a) or (b): not less than $200 or more than $750.

Bushes along property line extending over onto sidewalk, blocking the cement walk. Forced to reroute into grass, this is a heavily traveled route for commuters/students.

Yard waste bags stored in front of house within full view from street for past 4 days. Code stipulates "Yard waste such as leaves, lawn clippings, etc. must be placed in approved containers or craft paper bags. The containers shall not be placed for refuse pickup more than 24 hours before such pickup and shall be removed within 24 hours after such pickup. Such containers, when not out for pickup, shall be stored concealed from view from the street." Pick up was today on the street, no stickers attached and bags were not brought to curb.
