Frustrated

Dead trees, bushes and cut debris in yard, in garden areas, along the driveway and along the sidewalk. It looks like a S***hole! Exposed weed barrier. House is totally not maintained. This home has been reported numerous times. Is the village or the enforcement officers doing anything about this residence?
