Blinking red traffic light @ intersection needs to be returned to a fully cycling traffic signal. The traffic has been increasing with ppl returning to offices & it is dangerous. The cars coming off highway & going right on red from Hamilton rarely stop, just roll the light, causing back up on chapel to go straight.

The left turn arrow is broken/burned out making it difficult & dangerous when turning onto chapel from Ferry.
It takes a long time to be able to turn with the Flow traffic coming the other direction.

MOUNTAIN TOP LANE NOT PLOWED AT ALL. I DID NOT SEE ONE CITY PLOW IN OVER 24 HOURS. STILL WAITING.

Very large pothole going towards Townsend Ave. on the right near tree line. It's across from the empty grassy lot. The last house on the same side is 106 Burwell.

Large pothole in front of 143 Meadow View Road. Impossible to avoid when turning Left off of Marion.

Dead cat in street front of 50 Grand Avenue (River Run Building) for the past two days.

Coming East on Chapel towards the Quinnipiac river the light at 166 Ferry Street where it intersects is too short. Only two, maybe three cars going under before it turns red. People often turn left there and then only one car can get under the light before it turns red. Backs up past Poplar Street to Guadalupe Restaurant during rush hour.
