Traffic signal doesn't detect bicycles on bike route to cross Como Ave heading north on 18th Ave SE. If you're on a bike, you need to wait multiple cycles until a car pulls up behind you before the light changes. I have reported this at least three or four times before and it always gets dismissed with "no issue", probably because it's investigated during the day with plenty of car traffic triggering the light. This light used to automatically change, but now it's been adjusted to detect cars only to prioritize a green light eastbound and westbound for Como Ave traffic. Hope it can be addressed. Thank you.

Pedestrian button post got ran over. This happens often. Should consider installing bollards around the corner to keep drivers from hopping the curb.

The sidewalk on the north side of Lowry between Hayes and Garfield has been blocked by "Sidewalk Closed" signs for at least a month. Doesn't seem like any work is being done.

The bike signal for southbound bike traffic on 18th Ave SE to cross Como Ave appears to not sense bikes. It used to work when you stop on your bike on the bike stencil in the bike lane. However, the last few times I waited through two light signal phases and it never turned green for bike traffic, only turned green for auto traffic. Hoping it can be restored again so that people on bikes can safely cross Como.

Dangerous pothole in front of 2215 Hayes St NE

The light to cross Broadway at Buchanan no longer senses bicycles both northbound and southbound on Buchanan. This light used to change automatically and now won't change except for big vehicles. I waited through three signal resets before a car pulled up behind me and finally triggered the light.

Button to trigger bike light isn't work on the SE corner by the cemetery. This is to trigger the bike/pedestrian crossing diagonally across both New Brighton Blvd and Stinson Blvd to go from the SE corner (cemetery) to the NW corner (Caribou coffee). The button on the NW corner works fine. This issue has existed for a couple weeks.

Pedestrian button to turn on pedestrian crossing lights on SW corner by Marino's Deli to head east across Johnson St NE at 22nd Ave NE is missing. Streetlight is fine but button unit is gone. Also, metal sign in median is bent down like someone ran it over.

This bike signal was installed as part of the 10th Ave Bridge reconstruction and U of M bike path project but has never been turned on. SE corner of University Ave SE & 10th Ave SE. Southbound on 10th, in the bike lane on the NE corner, there is also a stencil of where to stop on the pavement on a bike in order to activate the signal too.

Great Northern Greenway/18th Ave NE trail behind the Quarry along 18th Ave has had snow piles pushed onto it again by the company who plows their snow. This has happened several times and their snow clearing company continues to so it.

Trail entrance from Van White Blvd to Cedar Lake Trail is all deep wet mud with no pavement in sight. The pavement is currently buried under the snow, as it looks like the plow took a shortcut over the frozen mud all winter. Hundreds of bike tire tracks on the mud and packed snow. Please clear the pavement connection. Thank you.

The bike path cut-through at 17th Ave SE & Rollins Ave SE needs real bollards to prevent people from driving through it. Just watched a Dominos delivery driver in a huge pickup truck use it as a shortcut.

Sidewalk between the Home Depot and Post Office covered in an even bigger pile of snow. Reported twice in the last month and marked as "closed" with no resolution or feedback. People walking and biking are not able to access the shopping center from 18th & Hayes without walking all the way around via Johnson or Arthur.

The pedestrian crosswalks to cross Broadway St NE at 5th St NE are clear, but the bike crossing between the bollards on the south side of Broadway St to cut through and continue on 5th St past Broadway St/9th Ave NE was missed. Sometimes it's cleared and sometimes it's forgotten. Hope a note can be added to consistently clear this bike crossing. It's heavily used by people biking all winter. Thank you.

Button to trigger the bike signal to cross Broadway is more than 6 ft away from clear pavement. Can't cross Broadway without getting off bike, walking into snow, and pushing button.

North/south sidewalk between Home Depot and Post Office covered in ice and improperly used for snow storage by the company that plows the Quarry's parking lot. This happens annually. This was reported and marked as "closed" one month ago but nothing has been cleaned up. Heavily used by people walking and biking to get to/from the Quarry for groceries, etc. Hope something can be done. Thank you.

Johnson St bike path on west side of street (city plow responsibility) between Lowry and 18th Ave needs to be revisited. Parts are covered in piles of snow and 3" of snow.

North/south path between Home Depot and Post Office is buried under snow piles.
