    Construction crews are using the north-bound lane of Brandt to stage equipment and park cars—up to the stop sign. Accordingly, cars turning onto West Alabama must drive into oncoming traffic to reach the intersection. If half of the road is unusable, then Brandt needs to made one way for only south-bound traffic.

    These weeds/plants obstruct the view of oncoming traffic on a busy thoroughfare. They also block the Fire Department's view of hydrant. They grow back so quickly that they should be removed altogether.

    This stretch of the sidewalk (half of the block) has been torn up for months, and the pedestrian's right of way is completely gone. The city's contractor must restore the concrete or at least fill the holes with temporary asphalt. Pedestrians are forced to step into busy street traffic to pass this large zone—an unsafe condition for pedestrians and drivers alike.

    A strong smell of sewage persists along the sidewalk/curb of West Alabama (south side of street) between Greeley and Stanford. The water shown in the picture has been there for over a week (before last weekend's strong rain) and remains even though the rest of the rain puddles on surrounding streets have dried up.
