    I reported this pole about a month ago, when two Osprey had just started building a nest. You responded and indicated that a report had been made to Duke.

    Yesterday, that pole caught on fire. The neighborhood was without power for about four hours and the nest, of course, is now gone.

    I would very much like for someone to follow up with Duke and see if they actually did anything, at all.

    The pole on the Northeast corner here has large birds building a nest on it. Might be a problem in the making.

    The removal of power lines on the east side of 4th street from 30th Ave N to downtown previewed what a massive improvement in the appearance of the area could come with no power lines. Unfortunately, the power company opted to not take down the lines on the west side of the street. Let's FINISH THE JOB!

"Google will seek input from communities that might be interested in getting one of its test networks."
