I have previously reported this issue, was told it was fixed, and it IS NOT. I repeatedly have to sit at the W bound Forest Hill traffic signal at Bliley Road, and DO NOT GET the left turn arrow. This makes it almost impossible to make the left onto Bliley during heavy traffic times. This left turn signal is critical and is apparently not functioning correctly. Sometimes, sitting through 2 turns of the light will bring it up, other times not. This left turn arrow should be available at all times due to the heavy volume of traffic on Forest Hill ave.
