Unoccupied home since 12/05/2023. Property is in foreclosure due to reverse mortgage. Owner deceased on 10/13/2023. HUD will assign property inspections and move forward with foreclosure option per the terms of the mortgage. I was told by Siboney Fuentes that a crew would maintain the property while it was in foreclosure. That has not happened so I contacted him yesterday about the condition of the front and back yard and the need for landscaping and yard maintenance after I moved out on 12/05/23.

I was told by a neighbor across the street on 04/17/24, who attended a community watch meeting, that there have been break-ins in unoccupied homes in Montclair where 843 Moriston Rd is located.

No one has lived at this property since December 5, 2023. No one has done any yard work since November 2023, including cutting the grass, trimming shrubs, removing fallen tree limbs and raking leaves for pickup by City of Fayetteville yard waste weekly pickups on Tuesday's.

I emailed Siboney Fuentes and asked when can we expect a landscape crew to clean up the yard and property on a regular scheduled basis? The neighbors are not pleased living next to an abandoned property.
