Was waiting for the light at the 7-11 at Bacon and North Main and noticed the sign for William F. Hannagan memorial is looking very faded and shabby. Not a great way to honor a vet. Please repaint or replace.

38 Pitts Street Natick, Massachusetts - Natick
As you're driving west on Woodland from Union toward Cottage, there are some tree branches hanging very low in the road on the north side of the street. Right near the curve. People may be tempted to swerve into oncoming traffic to avoid them, or, if forced to stay in their lane, the branches could scratch or break a windshield. Please have someone trim them back ASAP.

Terribly brown water coming out of our taps tonight. I thought the water main flushing was supposed to be completed earlier this week?
  • Jj Lane Park Natick, Massachusetts - Natick
The pedestrian signal crossing at the crosswalk near JJ Lane Park is not working, or at least the pedestrian call button on the east side of this crosswalk is not working.

  • Route 135 And Route 27 Intersection Natick, Massachusetts - Natick

    Hi, guys:

The call button for the pedestrian walk light on the southwest corner of the main intersection in Natick center is broken. There are two pedestrian call lights at that corner. The one that faces the Common (that is, to cross Route 27) works, but the one immediately outside Natick Center Graphics (to cross Route 125) is broken. It's been that way for months.

Sign knocked over by sidewalk plow this winter. Also, please consult Police Dept about pedestrian safety before reinstalling. Don't know why you made east side of Pitts Street the No Parking zone. Now kids need to cross traffic (from where cars are parked to the new sidewalk you installed last summer). Doesn't make sense. Seems dangerous. Please ask DPW and Police Dept to communicate about best practices for pedestrian safety.
