This dog barking issue has been going on for almost a year now please resolve this issue as if this is not taken care of asap its obvious further action is needed not only is the barking causing a serious problem for the neighborhood but the poor little guy has been barking since 2:00pm Oct 27 it is now 4:00am Oct 28 its obvious he has not been tended to or cared for over 24 hrs...

Dogs barking and crying everday at 3928 thornhill Dr. Sacramento ca. 95826 sounds like the dogs are in distress maybe locked up somewhere or not feed but they need help from the sound of it...

This is the THIRD report about this barking dog @3928 THORNHILL DR. Sacramento Ca 95826 and NOTHING is being done it has been going on for many many months I have had enough and so have all the neighbors living around these peoples house that have NO respect for there neighbors! If its not taking care of this time I'll take the next step to be sure its resolved its absolutely ridiculous to have to listen to this barking everyday and no one will do anything about it for the residents that pay for this service how much does it take to have the county do something to stop this disruption in our neighborhood we all pay lots of money to these services and to our county that we deserve to live in out homes in peace with the county helping to resolve these problems so please do something about this HUGE problem that we have been so patient about it would be greatly appreciated THANK YOU!!
